Wishes and Things has a 14 day return policy. Details of this policy are provided below.

Faulty Goods

Wishes and Things provide products that are of high quality; each product has been hand chosen with ease of packaging and delivery in mind. Wishes and Things takes great care with any breakable products so as to minimise the need for returns, however should the goods be faulty they can be returned within 14 days and exchanged for another product, or they can be refunded by way of your original payment. In the event of faulty goods, Wishes and Things will pay the delivery charges.

Non Faulty Goods

Should a customer wish to return their purchase for any other reason (apart from it being faulty) they can return it within 14 days for an exchange of goods or a full refund on item cost, if the products are returned to Wishes and Things in their original packaging and they are unbroken. Delivery Charges are not refundable.

Cancellations

Can I cancel my order?

You can cancel an order or part of an order as long as we haven't yet despatched those particular goods to you - so while your goods are still in the warehouse, you are able to cancel your order. However, once our courier has picked up your products to deliver them to you, we are unable to recall them and you are no longer able to cancel your order.

How do I cancel my order?

You will need to contact Wishes and Things Customer Support to cancel all or part of your order. You will need to provide details of your Order Number and specify which part of the order you would like to cancel.
